After a year and a half of planning, production and finally putting them in the hands of their inspiration, we are proud to officially announce our candy bar collection inspired by the amazing work of Lin-Manuel Miranda. Our regulars have already been enjoying some of these bars as we put them out, but quite a few of them are brand new and been kept under wraps until now. Our Wonder Wheel was a last minute addition, and in celebration of the Warriors Album dropping has it’s own special wrapper and paint job for a limited time.

Inspired by the newly released Warriors Concept Album. Our Wonder Wheel bar is a take on a dark whiskey cake. Bourbon flavoring, a bite of cinnamon an clove mix with the graham cracker and toasted almonds that give it that wonderful texture in semi-sweet dark chococlate.

Inspired by our favorite Texan aeronaut, Cowboy Coffee is a milk chocolate bar with a light roast maple bourbon flavored coffee finely ground and emulsified into the chocolate for a smooth breakfast bite.

Inspired by Hamilton, our Caribbean Bastard is a mixture of rum spices in milk chocolate to bring out the first Secretary Treasurer’s Nevis beginnings.

Inspired by the cheerful lamplighter, London Fog is a bergamont bright Earl Grey emulsified into creamy white chocolate for that perfectly milky cuppa taste.

Inspired by a special drink order at Usnavi’s bodega, our Cafe Con Leche is made with milk chocolate, Cafe Bustelo espresso, vanilla and a ‘lil bit of cinnamon’.

Inspired by Lin-Manuel Miranda himself. Manic Orange is our personal love letter to the musical genius. A semi-sweet dark chocolate with a wonderful spiced blood orange black tea blend made by our friends at Dryad Tea.
